Services of bogie division of IRICO include periodical maintenance, complete overhaul & life extension of bogies based on the previous experience, modern machinery and in accordance with UIC standards. Based on the requirements, Bogie Life Extension process starts with conducting a Non-Destructive & Destructive test to reveal bogies weak spots during the past operation period. In parallel, by using CAD/CAM & analyses and using results of both physical & software tests, improvement areas will be recognized and design and upgrading job for overhaul and life extension of bogies will be carried out.
